• This course is for entry level people who are currently working, or intend to work, in jobs which require building rapport with customers in a wide range of contexts. People who successfully complete this course are able to establish and maintain rapport with customers.
  • People completing this course are able to: lift and stack goods; demonstrate safe working practices; and explain causes, risk factors, and symptoms of occupational overuse syndrome (OOS) in a retail or distribution environment. 
  • People successfully completing this course are able to: create the customer's first impression of organisation's service; identify customer's needs and expectations, and gain agreement on requirements; analyse customer's needs and expectations, and identify options to meet them; provide service to meet customers needs and expectations; and close encounter and complete documentation and follow-up procedures.
